Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClientLift (the "Service"), operated by Elhussein T. Elsayed, Geneva Webstudio, Rue de la Prairie 17, 1202 Genève, Switzerland (UID CHE-250.661.179) ("ClientLift," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
ClientLift is a marketing platform that helps you plan strategy, generate creative assets (images, video, audio, 3D, and written content) using third-party AI models, manage a content calendar, and optionally connect third-party accounts (Google, Meta, Canva) to publish or import content. Some features consume "credits," ClientLift's own usage currency, purchased directly or included in a subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits, Billing, and Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscription plans (Business, Agency) include a software license and a set number of credits each billing period. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Subscribers can buy additional credits from Settings; those credits expire with the same cycle.
Credits are non-refundable once granted, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings > Billing (via Stripe's billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to any credits already granted. We reserve the right to change subscription and credit pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not one already paid for.
If a payment fails, we may pause your account's access until it's resolved. We don't delete your business's data for non-payment alone.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or publish content that's illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
- Upload personal data about third parties (e.g. into CRM > Audience) that you don't have a lawful basis to hold and use for marketing outreach;
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits, security controls, or access another business's data without authorization;
- Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a third-party AI model on our behalf.
5. Your Content and CRM Data
You retain ownership of the business information, brand assets, and CRM contact data you upload. You're solely responsible for having the legal right to upload and use any third-party contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) you import — for example, confirming you have a lawful basis under applicable marketing and data-protection law before importing a contact list and using it for outreach.
6. AI-Generated Output
Content generated through the Service (images, video, audio, 3D, and written copy) is produced by third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy for which ones). To the extent you own rights in generated output under applicable law, you're free to use it for your business. We don't guarantee the factual accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose — you're responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or rely on it, including checking it doesn't infringe a third party's rights.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Connecting Google, Meta, or Canva is optional and entirely your choice. Once connected, actions you take through ClientLift (like publishing a post to a connected Instagram account) are subject to that platform's own terms as well as ours. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings > Integrations; disconnecting revokes ClientLift's access token but doesn't delete anything on the third-party platform itself.
8. Platform Support Access
Authorized ClientLift staff can access your business's account to provide technical support, with every access logged (who, which business, when) — see our Privacy Policy for details. Staff access is for support purposes only.
9. Intellectual Property
ClientLift and its underlying software, design, and branding are our property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientLift isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, including abusive use of AI generation or unlawful use of CRM data. We'll give reasonable notice where practical.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
